PRIVACY POLICY

Boost Evaluation Ltd Privacy Statement

Boost Evaluation Ltd is committed to ensuring the security of your information and has developed a privacy statement together with supporting data protection processes to give you peace of mind.

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site.

Non-Financial Information

Boost Evaluation Ltd gathers three types of non-financial information:

  • Contact details including demographic (name, job title, postal code etc.) and preference information, which members provide when they choose to attend one of our workshops, or we receive as a result of licensing a mailing database.
  • Usage information that is automatically provided by each user’s browser for each page requested on our site (commonly referred to as website log data).

Boost Evaluation Ltd will not disclose any individual address, email address or telephone number without the user’s prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Our workshop registration forms require users to give us contact information (e.g. their email address). If provided, we may use this contact information from the registration form to send the member information about our company and occasional promotional material. Anyone we send marketing communications to may, however, opt out of receiving unsolicited mailings. Instructions are added as a matter of process to all bulk communications.

Boost Evaluation Ltd is the sole owner of the personal information collected from this site. We will not sell or rent this information to others.

Financial Information

Boost Evaluation sells workshops and software over the internet.
Boost Evaluation does not store, online or offline, any credit or debit card details of its customers.
Once any transaction is complete, Boost Evaluation will destroy any and all online or offline credit or debit card details provided by its customers.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information and this information is protected on our company computers. If you have any questions about the security at our website, please contact us.

Log Data

We use users’ current Internet Protocol (IP) addresses – an address typically assigned to individual browsers by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) – to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We also collect and analyse referrer data (information about the page at which you entered our site) to evaluate the sources of our traffic. Log data is also analysed to determine traffic patterns through our site. Overall statistics of browser-supplied information such as browser type and domain name are collected and analysed in an aggregate manner.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file written to a user’s hard drive that contains the User ID. The cookies do not contain any personal information about users.

Our website uses session cookies only.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of these third party sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
